How does Radiesse® work?
Radiesse® is a longer lasting, thicker dermal filler consisting of Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres in an aqueous gel. It is injected deeper than the other materials with greater volume augmentation. Once injected under the skin, it adds instant volume while stimulating the body to produce its own natural collagen. Over time, the gel is absorbed, and the body metabolizes the CaHa microspheres so only natural collagen is left behind.
